The Acalanes Union High School District (AUHSD) is primarily funded by local property tax revenues; however, even in a strong housing market, there isn’t enough revenue to provide a high-quality education with public funds alone.

Your support is critical to enabling Lafayette Partners in Education (LPIE) to fill this funding gap. Increased participation from families in our schools significantly contributes to meeting our fundraising needs. 100% of Acalanes students benefit from LPIE’s funding every day; however, last year, only 55% of Acalanes families donated to LPIE. We know we can do better. Investing in our children's education is investing in the future, and your contributions play a vital role in shaping that future.

Our organization’s support primarily goes towards salaries and is essential in helping Lafayette schools stay competitive in finding the most qualified teachers. With more than 83% of donations directly funding teacher and staff salaries, your contribution ensures that passionate educators can continue shaping young minds.

The suggested donation is $1,850 per Acalanes student; however, we are grateful for any gift that is meaningful to your family. Our goal is 100% participation and donations are tax-deductible.
